Grand National 2023
Grand National on Saturday, who wins? I have crunched the trends and come up with these 4 (will probably ditch the fav at the price he's at):

Corach Rambler
Galliard Du Mensil
Fury Road
Velvet Elvis

Its a Group 3 handicap at the end of the day, waste of time combing through 40 horses. The Topham tomorrow is the best race of the festival. Been down in Dorset this week, 5 miles from Tizzards yard. A couple of locals fancy The Big Breakaway e/w so that will be my choice along wirh The Big Dog

Re: Grand National 2023
Gabbys Cross is racing off a lower mark than his Irish rating.
He is rated 143 in Ireland but is racing off 141 in the National.
His Irish form is decent - 3rd in Leinster National, only beaten just over 3l in the Paddy Power Chase when 6th.

Delta Work to win

Each Way

Cloudy Glen
Hill Sixteen
Coko Beach

Harry Cobden (Coko Beach) is riding out of his skin at the moment.

An apprentice to follow on the flat is Connor Planas especially in the big handicaps where his claim can be put to good effect.
He has already bagged a big race double on the opening day of the season at Doncaster.

Osin Murphy also back to his best and will ride winners galore this season.

Re: Grand National 2023
I was watching something on a news channel the other day and they were talking to some Animal activist type who was saying they are planning a mass protest at this years Grand National, they want horse racing banned, so if a few turn up it could make for interesting viewing!

And at least it ensures no traffic delays the stop oil and other planet saving hysterical types will all have there animal rights hats on and be joining arms or gluing themselves to beachers brook………….

Arkle would have pissed this, trouble is I don't think his owner the Duchess of Westminster would have risked him.
